We will inform you if such a report has been ordered and will provide you with the name and address of the credit reporting agency that completed the report at your request.

Bank Information
By submitting an application through Advantage Financial, you acknowledge and agree to the retrieval of your bank account information (But not your bank account sign-in credentials) and disclose the bank account information to independent businesses, including Advantage Financial Lender partners or service providers, for purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.
Information Regarding Referred Transactions
If Advantage Financial refers you to an independent business (i.e. lender, credit card company or car dealer) for a proposed transaction (i.e. loan or credit card), then Advantage Financial may collect that independent information regarding the transaction to update your confidential profile for use by SafeLend Canada Inc. as set out in this Privacy Policy.

Advantage Financial may disclose your personal information in accordance with express or implied consents that you give during your interactions and transactions with Advantage Financial.
Law Enforcement/Legal Disclosures
